Something to ponder

In everyone’s life, at some time, our inner fire goes out.
It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being.
We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit.

Albert Schweitzer

This is the experience that I had working with Lusanna (of New Life Designs); I felt like I wasn’t really making headway with my life and personal development, and I am so glad that I got in touch with the best life coach for me

Working with a life coach is challenging, but in the most supportive and wonderful of ways. You are encouraged to really dig deep and decide what it is that you really want in life – instead of being content to drift along, as was the case with me.

I got in touch with my coach through the company that I am doing my own Life Coach studying through; they encourage all students who have not experienced working with a coach to give it a go – you really do need to be able to “walk the talk” when it comes to working with your own clients once you have qualified. If I hadn’t been studying in this field I mightn’t even have dreamt of how big a difference a coach can make – I can only thank the powers that be for putting me on the right path.

It’s always a good idea to have a “taster” session with a coach, to ensure that you have the right rapport with them. You’re going to get “up close and personal” with a lot of detail about your life, and you will only really do this effectively if you feel a bond with your coach. So don’t feel that it’s rude or unethical to give a couple of coaches a “test run” – you have to make the right choice for you!

My Life Wheel – before and after coaching
(on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 is at the centre of the life wheel; 10 is at the edge. 10 = very happy)

This is how I felt about life before coaching:

And this is how I felt about life 6 months later :

After coaching

This is a significant improvement in my life in this time – a celebration, and a recommendation for life coaching!!
