I was reading an internet article & found this quote – I’ve no idea who said/wrote it, but it’s really good food for thought:
“How do I stay calm through all the problems, when every complaint and issue ends up with me? Dr. Norman Vincent Peale, a great religious philosopher, made a statement about problems that turned my thinking around: “The day is not a success until I’ve met and started working on a good problem.” If you have no problems, you aren’t doing anything. A problem can’t eat you. It can’t kill you. There’s a solution to every problem. I realized that problems are there for a reason. Let’s go find a solution.”
So, if we tackle our problems with this attitude… who knows, perhaps they won’t seem quite so significant?? Worth a try, I reckon…
Have fun trying this out!
